10.3.03 – Shreveport’s Historic Music Village Master Plan receives 2003 LA APA Outstanding Planning Award for a Plan. The Louisiana Chapter of the American Planning Association presented the Outstanding Planning Award for Shreveport’s Historic Music Village: A Regional Economic Development Initiative at its annual conference in New Orleans. MHSM Architects led a team of planning and economic development professionals in preparing this plan for the Foundation for Arts, Music & Entertainment (FAME).
